Experience
Ms. Micca assists with representing and advising municipalities, school committees and private employers on labor and employment issues, including collective bargaining, wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination measures, employee leaves and accommodations, discipline, and policy implementation. Ms. Micca also assists with advising school committees on issues including special education and student discipline.
While in law school, Ms. Micca worked as a student attorney for the Boston College compassionate release and parole clinic where she successfully advocated for the compassionate release of elder state prisoners suffering from terminal illnesses or irreversible physical or cognitive incapacitation.
