  • Experience

    Ms. Paris focuses on representing and advising public and private sector employers on labor and employment issues including employee discipline and discharge, policy development, employment leaves and accommodations, harassment and discrimination, collective bargaining, labor relations and internal investigations. Ms. Paris conducts investigations into allegations regarding harassment, hostile work environment and discrimination. Ms. Paris represents clients before various state agencies including the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, the American Arbitration Association, the Massachusetts Joint Labor Management Committee, the Bureau of Special Education Appeals and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She also counsels school committees on student-related matters, such as student-related investigations, student discipline, bullying and special education. Prior to law school, Ms. Paris worked as a special education teacher.
