Attorney Ann Marie Noonan will present at the Massachusetts Municipal Councillors’ Association (MMA) Statewide Meeting on April 27, 2023.  Ann Marie will be presenting on engaging with constituents and others on social media from both a professional account as well as a personal account and understanding the risks and requirements of such engagement and how to ensure compliance with all necessary state and federal laws, including but not limited to public records and open meeting laws.  For more information please click here.
