Ms. Doneen assists in representing and advising public and private sector clients on a wide range of education law and labor and employment matters. In education law, she handles issues including student discipline, bullying, special education, student records, and student civil rights. She also advocates for school clients in IEP meetings, manifestation determination reviews, and student disciplinary hearings. In labor and employment law, Ms. Doneen provides counsel on labor relations, collective bargaining, wage and hour laws, employee accommodations, policy development, discrimination, and discipline and discharge.
